Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

  • We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within this period. Please notice we are unable to refund original shipping charges when an item is returned.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in perfect, unworn, and original condition. This includes having all tags attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted as a return,
  • Sale items, custom orders, and personalized jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or repair, including free return shipping.
